Limited Warranty Coverage

The Vacdrive Limited Warranty covers eligible purchases* made directly through Amazon, Walmart, or eBay. Warranty benefits apply exclusively to the original purchaser and product, and are not transferable.

When used in a typical home environment and maintained according to the user guide, your Vacdrive device is protected against defects in materials and workmanship. By registering your unit, you’ll receive up to five (5) years of peace-of-mind coverage and priority customer support.

What’s Included in the Warranty

• Repair or replacement of the original unit and/or eligible components, at our discretion, during the coverage period.
• If a replacement is provided, the warranty continues for either two (2) years from the replacement date or the remainder of your original term — whichever is longer.
• Standard ground shipping costs for valid warranty claims are covered.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts, including filters, nozzles, brush heads, and other accessories designed for regular replacement.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, commercial use, or improper maintenance.
• Products altered or repaired by unauthorized service providers.
• Incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
• Units used outside North America or outside their intended residential environment.

How to Make a Claim

To request service, simply email us with your Order ID and product details. We’ll guide you through the next steps, including return instructions if necessary. Registering your product ensures faster processing and full warranty benefits.
